Susanne Khouri: Escape

Escape by Susanne Khouri is experimentation in motion using an unusual technique called Polychromatic screen printing. Polychromatic screen printing sits in the boundary between painting and printmaking and so can be seen as subverting the inherent qualities of both mediums.
Susanne’s works exist as unique impressions, containing the qualities of painting but produced through the intervention of the printing process. The sculptural, metal leaf works are introduced as extra reflective value to the colours.
